Planning A Pergola Party Photo Booth Event
New opportunities bring with them new things to learn.
To help you get the most from your event with a Pergola Party Photo Booth,
Pergola has prepared a 30-minute review of ways to get the most from its
terrific Party Photobooth entertainment.
We have also written a short article that shows how a Pergola Party Booth is
not just an activity but a theatre set.
Please contact us for a copy of the article or to arrange
an orientation seminar - we can do it by phone; we can also work with
Event Planner training programmes. Both are complimentary.

The impact
of Lighting
|
|
You would be surprised how much heat 500 dancers generate!
An open-topped photobooth is cooler.
Bright sunlight - from a sky-light at noon - can cause the prints to wash out unless the
booth has a diffuser on top - such as offered by Pergola Party Booths
Metal booths have no such lighting problem.
On the other hand, they are cramped, can only take a small number of guests
and lack the lavish appeal of soft-side booths.
As for heat - shall we talk about solar ovens?

Photobooth
Placement
|
|
- Ceiling height [Hotel style areas should be at least 10 feet high; pubs will be lower]
- Walls - Any fragile paintings/hand painted wall papers?
- Floors - level, flat & smooth
- Obstructions - There are ALL SORTS of obstructions
As a group, they are a problem for booth assembly and for traffic flow!
Pergola can access almost ANY placement - but your guests can't
- Ceilings - anything under 2 meters is a no-no because some of the GUESTS
are taller than that!
- Fire exits - MUST not block these for obvious reasons!
- Kitchen access - MUST not block these for OTHER obvious reasons!
- Windows - a type of obstruction + a light control issue
- Doors - Like Windows another type of obstruction + a light control issue
- Mirrors - fragile and + a light control issue
