After I've been in the booth, how soon can I receive my pictures?
In seconds - with very high quality: crisp, sharp and with rich colours.
Pergola Party Photobooths also print sittings in sepia as well as Black & white.

Can I choose the colour of my print?
Yes! Each sitting can choose between Black & White, Colour and Sepia.

Can I have more than one copy of the same image?
Of course you can! There are lots of options...
• Some clients request a Party Photobooth with double prints of each sitting.
   No problem - they print in seconds!
• After the event, we can arrange for reprints of any one sitting
   or a boxed set with all of them.
• We can also offer web-based options.

I want even more fun!    What is a Photoconcierge Desk?
During the party, a Photoconcierge Desk™ provides:
• Reprints of any sitting.
• A 4" X 6" Enlargement of any pose from any sitting.
• Copies images onto WristPics to bring home for facebook.
• You can create a Personalised Greeting Card based on any pose from
    any sitting with your own text added!
• Photo T-shirts, mugs, key rings? Just ask.

What if I want a CD or DVD with all the images?
• Some clients request a Party Photobooth with the option of having pictures
   copied onto a CD or DVD or an iPod or a USB chip.
• Other clients prefer that there be no permanent archive.

We are happy to accommodate!

I am having a party in my house  . . . how can I be sure your Photo Booth will fit?
Pergola Portable Party Photobooths are totally portable because they ship
in modular components. We can fit into any lift, go up steps, around tight
corners, into a narrow boat, over a moat or under a portcullis!

Is the Pergola Party Photobooth easy to use?
A Pergola Portable Party Photobooth is very easy to use. It has a touch-sensitive screen display with clear instructions. We can also set up the both with audio instructions. We can run the show in any language you fancy.

A Pergola Party Photobooth is always wheelchair friendly. Our classic design is big enough for a Bride in her gown and Grandmother in her chair.
The Mini-booth can accommodate any special needs situation.

Will there be someone at the event to maintain the Party Photobooth?
Pergola offers lavish service. Our Photoconcierge™ will be there throughout your event as a facilitator... to help the elderly, to help keep an eye on the little ones and to see that things go smoothly. We generally come with two in staff.

Do we need any special kind of hookup or facilities to set up the booth on-site?
We need a normal UK power source [220 Volts, 13 Amps] in a warm
dry space. We can make arrangements for a generator for outdoor events.
We are often in marquees.

Are there any "extra" costs?
Our favourite surprise? No surprises!

The price you are quoted is the price you will pay.

Sounds great!     How do I set up a Pergola Party Photobooth event?
We start with a conversation. We will have questions such as . . .

• What is the party theme or colour scheme
• When is the event: date, start-time, end-time
• Any special set-up parameters
• About the guests - How many? Are there any special considerations for
   children, the elderly or the disabled?
• About the venue - post code for GPS, loading docks and administratrivia.
• Fine details - PAT stickers, Risk Assessment Forms and Liability insurance
   [we hold 2 million pounds in cover]

• From this, we generate a contract that includes our payment terms:
- A 50% deposit holds the date
- The balance is due before the event
